Day Two
Today I received the paints for the model and painted the first coat of
every piece except the Aztec paneling which I will do another day.
The colors are sticking well to the plastic, however some pieces will
need only two coats and others may need as many as six. One big
challenge was finding all of the little pieces that need to be painted. I
also cut out the area where the inner impulse engines on the saucer
go.

Time 2 hours
The pieces laid out with the first coat of paint on.
